This was an Icing Smiles cake for a 6 year old girl who loved princesses and these were three of her favorites.

Elder J Brockbank

Notice the giant spider on top of the world as well as the llama peaking around the side. Everything is edible except the little Peru flag on the world.

Grandma Lois

So my Grandma Lois turned 80 this July and we had a party for her with all of our extended family. It was a surprise party and somehow all 70 or so people who heard about it managed to keep it a secret and we did surprise her. We were able to make this cake for her that depicted her on a moped (made out of modeling chocolate) going up the road of her life with her milestones marked as road signs and all her grandchildren and great grandchildrens names were written on the rocks around the cake.

2 Infinity and Beyond

My niece Clover's 2nd birthday cake (this was Mandy cutting back, haha). The wings are cardboard covered in fondant and the aliens were constructed by my talented sister Angie and myself with fondant as well.

Camryn's 1

For Cami's 1st birthday I guess I couldn't shake my love for the ocean so she got a happy octopus cake complete with undersea creatures (if you look close you can also see the rosy cheeks on the octopus). Beanie helped me form the octopus tentacles out of cereal treats and also formed the fish, starfish, crab, bottom dweller, shells, etc. that adorned the bottom of the cake; there was even a clam with a shiny pearl. The water portion initially gave us some problems but after a 2nd try I think it looked perfect.
